3rd Annual Hand Up Stand Up Motorcycle Ride will Raise Funds for PTSD Vets

The chest rumbling sound of several hundred motorcycles will hit you on the second Saturday in September. The 3rd Annual “Hand Up, Stand Up” motorcycle ride with sweep through over a hundred miles of stunning Kansan scenery. The American Legion Post 421s motorcycle ride not only gives you a chance to ride along the route laid out below, but will help PTSD sufferers at the Topeka VA and other community veterans get some much needed help.

On September 9th, bikers and cycle-enthusiasts from around the Midwest will descend on the Capital City for the ride that begins at Historic Harley-Davidson and finishes at the VA Hospital in Topeka.

If you want to join us and the Hand Up Stand Up crew on the ride you can pre-register Saturdays between now and the event sign up at Historic Harley-Davidson.

The cost is $35 per rider, and $10 for your passenger. Lunch and a t-shirt is included in the price. Passenger t-shirts are another $15 each. Plus riders and passengers who register can go to Prairie Band Casino, present an event coupon and receive $25 in casino cash at the Players Club Booth.
