Story by Ethan Jackson

If your bed was shakin’ this morning around 7, it wasn’t your dog climbing in… you were experiencing an earthquake. That’s right, I said AN EARTHFREAKINQUAKE.
According to the 13 News Team, the quake originated in “north-central Oklahoma.” The USGS said the quake was of a magnitude of 5.6 and rocked the joint at a way too early 7:02 AM.

Some people among the radio world have actually expressed their speculation as to whether or not it actually was an earthquake. Lou Brutus, of the world famous hardDrive (10p-Midnight Saturday nights on our big brother station V100), tweeted this morning:

Whatever the case may be, something shook us out of bed this morning. As much as we would like to believe Lou, we’re going to have to stick with the facts. For more weather and news updates from the 13 New & Weather team, you can listen live and keep up with us on Facebook.
